Terms of Service
These terms apply to consultations, virtual e-design, joinery design and full-service interior design projects undertaken by Kirsty Elizabeth Interiors.
Fees and payment
Consultations (£199), virtual e-design (£599 per room) and joinery design (£249) are fixed-fee services payable in full at booking. Full-service design fees are quoted per project and invoiced in stages at appointment, concept sign-off, detailed design and installation.
Scope and revisions
Each service includes the deliverables listed on its service page. Virtual e-design includes one round of revisions; further rounds are charged at my hourly rate. Changes that alter the agreed scope of a full-service project are quoted before work proceeds.
Purchasing and third parties
Furniture, materials and trade services are purchased from third parties under their own terms. I specify and recommend but am not responsible for third-party manufacture, delivery or workmanship.
