This policy explains what personal information Kirsty Elizabeth Interiors collects, why it is collected and how long it is kept.
Information collected
I collect the name, email address and project details you submit through the enquiry form, and the name and email address you provide when subscribing to the newsletter. Design projects additionally involve photographs, plans and measurements you choose to share.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used only to respond to your enquiry and deliver the service requested. Newsletter details are used only to send occasional updates, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Information is never sold or shared for marketing.
Retention and your rights
Project records are kept for six years for accounting purposes; enquiry records that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. You may request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing studio@kirstyelizabethinteriors.co.uk.
